Kirtan is an ancient participatory music experience which is part of the path of Bhakti Yoga. It's the most natural yogic path for those who seek emotional fulfillment and well-being. Kirtan is an easy way to experience freedom from the daily chatter of the mind; it helps keep the mind centred and peaceful while instilling the whole being with bliss absolute. These ancient Sanskrit mantras contain powerful healing and transformational energies that help reconnect us to the centre of our true self.

Classical Hatha Yoga
The teachings come from a lineage, with an unbroken transmission, that dates back to 900 AD. Combining postures (steady pose), pranayama (breathing), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation (savasana), the classes aid in guiding the students to experience transformation, and union as described in the ancient "Sutras of Patanjali."

Mantrasana is a meditative classical hatha yoga class infused with live mantra music. The unique combination of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and dhyana (meditation), syncopated with the vibratory power and healing properties of mantra, is a transformational experience. Through the use of sound dynamics, the energy channels, chakras, and psychic centers of the body open, which, results in improved health, overall mood, and increased feelings of relaxation.

Gain mastery of the mind by bringing its incessant chatter to a halt and teach it to focus in a concentrated manner. Create new, positive channels in the mind and eradicate the patterns that are destructive. Meditation unleashes immense potential. Through regular meditation, the mind becomes clearer and purer. As meditation brings about a prolonged positive state of mind, it rejuvenates body cells and retards decay. Establishing a regular daily meditation practice will help keep you calm, centred, and balanced – as you think, so you become!

Yoga Philosophy
Customized lectures based on the six schools of classical Indian philosophy, with an emphasis on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and Vedanta. Also very popular, is an in-depth discussion and outline of the most common Hindu deities, and their role as well as attributes. These presentations derive directly from their authentic origins, and can be incorporated as part of teacher training curriculum, or strictly interest on retreats or workshops.

Satsang means "association with the wise." Embrace the spirit of community connecting through meditation, song, and discussion. Puja is an offering for many occasions and life milestones. Combining sacred mantra with an offering, combined with sacred music, is a powerful experience for all.
